SS Yongala - Day Trip

Yongala Dive aims to provide certified divers with a unique adventure trip to the historic SS Yongala wreck. The trip will include our friendly staff assisting you with equipment setup and briefing, after which you will experience a boat launch followed by a 30-40 minute boat trip. Experience two incredible dives in small groups and finish the day off with a simple Aussie sausage sizzle.

This dive requires you to be a certified SCUBA open water diver and have a minimum of 6 logged dives. In the case of being an open water diver, deep dive training must be completed with one of our certified instructors. If the date of your last dive was over two years ago, we recommend taking a refresher course with one of our certified divemasters or instructors the day before the dive. 

This trips departs from Alva Beach.

Price includes a $22 Reef Tax/Mooring fee.

Please note: all trips are dependent on minimum numbers & weather conditions, and a final confirmation is made the afternoon prior to the trip. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover any losses due to possible cancellations.
